6 Months Old!

Weighing in at approximately 16 lbs., Thea is doing very well. She's starting to scootch and is ALMOST sitting up on her own. She's got two bottom teeth. Trying out all of these new foods just wears her out!

Her first Christmas was wonderful. She got to see both sides of the family; everyone was amazed at how much she's grown!

Happy New Year!

Rice Cereal, YUM!

Thea is really enjoying her rice cereal and oatmeal. She is unsure about the sweet potatoes, though, which, so far, is the only veggie she's tried. She's fascinated by her toes, is squealing/giggling, sleeping on her belly and growing a lot! She's almost six months old!

Thea the Tired Ghost

Pretty uneventful Baby's 1st Halloween as she slept through most of the evening in her ghost onesie and mummy cap. Her latest and greatest: Glow Worm (aka "Bobby"-- named by Daddy) is her favorite toy and she's growing into her six-month clothes already! Mommy made her laugh for the first time on Saturday! Fun stuff!

Double Chin Princess!

Even though she's 'long and lean' her face is quite plump! She's really been smiling a lot lately! She LOVES her swing.

Long and Lean

Thea measured in at 11 lbs, 10 oz at her 2-month appointment (she was actually 11 weeks at that appointment, though). Dr. says she is in the 45th percentile for weight, 75th percentile for height. She is rolling from her back to her front and front to back, smiling and cooing! She's growing up waaay too fast!!

Mountain Time

Thea took her first trip to the mountains a few weeks ago. She loved it! She travelled well and enjoyed the fresh mountain air. We had fun with grandma and grandpa. We saw elk, a BEAR, lots of birds and chippies, coyotes and deer. We can't wait to go back!

Bradley Babies

Matt and I attended a Bradley Method birth class prior to Thea's birth. On Sunday Sept. 14th we had our reunion to meet all of the babies. Babies are lined up from oldest to youngest left to right. Lots of droopy heads, hungry cries and sleeping going on!
